Our Recruitment Process can be categorized into three phases:

At Omkara HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we follow a carefully structured recruitment and selection process, which starts right from understanding the clients' needs and functions all the way up to follow-ups with both clients and candidates post recruitment. A detailed description of our recruitment process is given below: -

  • Setting up

In this stage, we collectively work with our clients to evaluate their needs and requirements, and determine the required skills set they are looking for in the candidate. This forms an integral part of our customer-focused recruitment services.

From our own comprehensive database we select those candidates, who fit in well with the company's plan and work culture. In order to ensure the best recruitment of a suitable candidate, we give utmost consideration to the company's existing business activities, structures, systems, work-culture and future plans. For job seekers, we concentrate on the job description, its key result areas, opportunities, career implications, location, salary and benefits.

The initial planning enables us to identify the needs of both, the company as well as the candidate. It is because of this complete and strategic planning, we claim to provide the best services to our clients and job seekers.

  • Execution

This stage is the differentiating factor between our services and other HR solution providers’ services. Here our expert consultants from various industries with several years of experience shortlist the best candidates for our clients.

  • Interviews by Expert Consultants

We select the prospective candidates on the basis of prior work experience, qualifications, strengths, weaknesses and the ability of the candidate to fit into the work-culture and ethics of the client company. The prospective candidates are contacted and interviews are conducted by our expert consultants to find out their interest and suitability. During the interview stage we deploy video conferencing for our client company if required. Our expert consultants also keep the client company updated during the process of interviews.

  • Expert Analysis

We select the prospective candidates on the basis of prior work experience, qualifications, strengths, weaknesses and the ability of the candidate to fit into the work-culture and ethics of the client company. The prospective candidates are contacted and interviews are conducted by our expert consultants to find out their interest and suitability. During the interview stage we deploy video conferencing for our client company if required. Our expert consultants also keep the client company updated during the process of interviews.

  • Informal Reference Checks

Informal reference checks are conducted to verify the candidates’ character and the information provided by the short-listed candidates. After this, the client is provided with a list of our recommendations and assessments.

  • Client Interviews

After the informal reference checks, a meeting is scheduled between the short-listed candidates and the client. The consultant takes the feedback of both the client and the candidates after every interview.

  • Formal Reference Checks

After client interviews, a formal reference check of the selected candidates is done. Our expert consultants contact individuals /companies that are capable of providing details of the candidates' qualifications, character and other relevant information. The comments made by these references are then reviewed with the client.

  • Closure

“Our support does not end at any stage” is what we follow strictly.

  • Negotiation & Offer

We keenly participate in the negotiation process. Both the client and the candidates can avail our in-depth knowledge of market compensation and benefits in order to discuss and plan out a competitive and equitable package.

  • Follow Up

A constant follow up with the candidates is maintained until the time he/she joins the company.

  • Continual Dialogue

After the successful employment of candidates with a client company, we keep a continual dialogue with both the candidate and the client. This continual dialogue process ensures a smooth integration of the candidate into the organization and successful accomplishment of targets and performance goals of the client company.
